Newly renovated in 2008, the hotel complex comprises a total of 40 fashionable holiday flats equipped to the highest standards with a perfect location in the busiest Black Sea resort - Sunny Beach. Facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned hotel include a hotel safe and a car park.

The luxury furnished apartments are equipped with an open-plan kitchenette with all cooking and dining facilities, including a fridge, oven with cooking plates, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and cutlery. Each apartment has a lounge with a folding sofa-bed in the living room, a 21-inch TV with international channels. The air conditioning units installed in the apartments will help guests to renew their energy after a day spent on the beach. Each apartment additionally features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and rooms are equipped with a double or king-size bed, radio and Internet access, as well as an iron and ironing board and individually regulated heating units. Guests may also relax on their private terrace.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool set in the gardens. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for free by the pool and for an additional fee on the nearby sandy beach.
