This hotel, which was built in 2010, is the best starting point to enjoy many of Klagenfurt's highlights. The hotel offers a total of 77 rooms and facilities including a lobby, hotel safe, lift access to the rooms, Internet access, a laundry service and a car park. The rooms are medium in size with light wood furnishings and light modern decor. They have all the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are also in good condition.

From Klagenfurt Airport: take bus line 45 and get off at the Annabichl stop. There change to bus 40 or 41 towards the bus terminal called Heiligengeistplatz. There take either bus 12 or 13 and get off at the Universität (university) or Universitätsstrasse stops. Nautilusweg is just off Universitätsstrasse.
