This is a beautiful nice 4.5 star property, this is a great value for money property ideal for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is looking fantastic. Highly recommended. Other facilities include a Health Centre with a gymnasium, heated indoor pool, spa and sauna. The hotel also offers a great option for conferences and meeting venues.
Exterior: Modern large building. The hotel is spread out over a large area. The building next door is the sister hotel called the Citigate Albert Park.
Lobby: The lobby is very large with group check-in areas at either end.
Rooms
The newly refurbished guestrooms are stylish and well appointed. Many rooms overlook the stunning Albert Park Lake and its surrounding parkland. The contemporary rooms are spacious, with an average size of 30-34 m². Dedicated non-smoking floors are also available. Directions, How to get there
From the airport to Citigate Albert Park Melbourne - take the Citilink tollway and follow directly into the city, taking the Kings Way Exit and following it toward St Kilda and the southern suburbs. Kings Way veers right into Queens Road, then on your left-hand side as you come to Albert Park Lake is the Citigate Albert Park Melbourne. For valet parking, pull in to the entrance from Queens Road, otherwise turn into Lorne Street and park underneath the hotel in the Mirvac Self Car Park. Additional fee is to be paid. If in the city and taking the tram, take the number 3,5,6,16,64 or 67 and get off at stop 27. Turn right into Lorne St and head toward Albert Park Lake the hotel is located on the next corner, with the entrance on Queens Road.
