Rooms
The 69 rooms and suites are derived from the Queenslander
experience, opening up to the tropical environment with
indoor-outdoor living. Each has it's own private balcony or patio
and garden or pool views. Brigadier and Verandah rooms provide a
relaxed tropical experience whilst th Verandah Spa rooms have the
added luxury of a private balcony with corner spa. All rooms
feature a 32" LCD flat screen TV, AUSTAR, pay per view movies,
safe, air conditioning, high speed broadband internet access, WiFi,
mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, and STD/ISD
telephone.
Restaurant & Food
Overlooking the beach the Reef House Restaurant serves contemporary
Australian cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The
resort also has a poolside cafe which is adjacent to the hotels
freshwater swimming pool.
Activities & Sport
The hotel has 3 pristine pools, each framed by shaded pathways and
vibrant tropical flora. Guests can choose between 2 picturesque
freshwater pools (one of which is shaded by a unique suspended
canopy), a sheltered saltwater pool and 2 inviting Jacuzzis (one of
which is heated).
Directions, How to get
there
For those guests arriving by private car, from Cairns airport, turn
right onto the Captain Cook Highway and follow for approx 20 mins.
Just after the Tropical Zoo, turn right onto Vievers Road. Follow
this road to the end, then turn left onto Williams Esplanade.
