The hotel enjoys a unique location at the twin towns of Coolangatta and Tweeds Heads, sitting astride the border of Queensland and New South Wales. It's a short, pleasant stroll from the hotel to the internationally-recognised surfing beaches of Kirra and Greenmount, local shopping centres, cinemas, and restaurants. The resort overlooks the pristine beaches of the Southern Gold Coast, the sparkling Tweed River, and the area's picturesque hinterland. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility, lift access, bar, restaurant and conference facilities. Internet access, and room and laundry services are available for a fee. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Rooms
The resort features two towers of stylishly-appointed, self-contained suites and penthouses. The new Harbour Tower offers one-and two-bedroom suites and penthouses with private balconies, some with sensational views. The Ocean Tower offers hotel suites, and two- and three-bedroom suites and penthouses. An en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning all come as standard.

Restaurant & Food
Signatures Restaurant & Lobby Bar is located in Resort lobby and open daily serving full buffet breakfast from 7-10am. The relaxed lounge bar opens from 1pm till late for a casual drink and light meal. Endless dining options are available within the adjacent Twin Towns Club, including six individual venues, from casual coffee shop to alfresco waterfront dining.
