American Airlines Class Available

  • Economy Class: American Airlines Economy Class passenger will experience a cabin with comfortable seat that feature a pitch of 31-33 inches, seat widths range from 17-18 inch and six ways adjustable leather headrest. On 777-200 aircraft, Economy seats are in a 2-5-2 configuration and on 777-300ER aircraft the seats are in 3-4-3 configuration. Food and alcoholic beverages are provided in flight. Passengers also can use USB port for easy charging of portable electronic devices. Entertainment in-flight is also available.
  • Business Class: American Airlines Business Class Cabin is equipped with seats that can be converted into 180 degrees fully lie-flat beds, ergonomic seat controls with six-way adjustable leather headrest. Passengers are able to enjoy increased recline with a 60 inch pitch, additional legroom and individual laptop powerports. Entertainment in-flight is also available. Food and alcoholic beverages are also provided for passengers in flight. All business class passengers on transcontinental and international flights receive access to the Admirals Club and the Arrival's lounge when flying into London Heathrow.
  • First Class: American Airlines First Class Cabin is equipped with seats that can be converted into a fully flat 6’6” bed. Passengers are able to enjoy personal reading lights, individual satellite telephones, individual laptop powerport connections and generous underseat storage space. Entertainment in-flight, food and alcoholic beverages are also provided for passengers in flight.

  • Cabin:
    • Passenger can bring one (1) small carry-on bag plus one personal item (includes purse, briefcase, laptop bag) not exceeding maximum length 56 cm, width 23 cm and height 36 cm or maximum weight 7 kg
    • Passengers with infant are permitted to bring infant food into their baggage with maximum length 115 cm and weight 9 kg. 
  • Check-In (Free Baggage Policy):
    • The maximum baggage limit for Economy Class up to 20 kg, Business Class and First Class 50 kg for all destinations.
    • Sporting equipment can be carried with no extra cost, maximum 10 kg in weight.

American Airlines Fare Rules

  • Children two years of age and older must travel in a purchased seat.
  • The infant passenger must be under 24 months throughout the whole journey. If the infant turns 2 years old before the return trip, applicable child’s fare, tax, fee and charges apply.

American Airlines Change and Refund

  • American Airlines will refund on unutilized tickets in cash if passengers paid in cash for their tickets or refund will be credited back into credit card if passengers paid their tickets with credit card.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Cash or checks cannot be issued if the ticket was purchased with a credit card.
  • Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Changes must be made before the ticketed flight's scheduled departure time.
