Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, and a currency exchange. Guests can wine and dine in the café and restaurant. A TV lounge, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and bicycle hire also feature.

The rooms are designed to provide comfort and convenience to the leisure-seeking tourist, but they also provide various business facilities to meet the needs of corporate clients. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Standard in-room amenities include a double or king-size bed, TV, Internet access, a minibar, and a balcony or terrace. The air conditioning is individually regulated.

Continental breakfast is served each morning and lunch is available from a set menu. The evening meal can be taken à la carte, from a set menu and in buffet form.

The train station is just 15 minutes' walk from the hotel and 5 minutes by taxi. The airport is about 45 minutes by taxi. Guests can either take a taxi, public bus or airport taxi. From Hoan Kiem Lake guests should follow Luong Van Can Street and turn left, where from they will be able to see the hotel's street.
