This luxurious, air-conditioned club resort comprises a total of 741 apartments spread over 3 floors. The hotel welcomes guests in the lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lift access, safes, a currency exchange facility, shops and a newspaper stand. Additional facilities include a bar, a Pizza Hut, a full service restaurant, and a conference room. Laundry services round up the amenities at this hotel along with a laundrette (additional fees apply), and parking is available for those arriving by car.

Each of the stylish apartments comes with an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and balcony as well as a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and coffee making facilities. All the apartments also include a hairdryer, a washing machine, a hire safe, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone and satellite/ cable TV are also provided in every lodging as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. The apartments vary in size and offer 2 bedrooms (for up to 8 persons), 3 bedrooms (for up to 12 persons), or 4 bedrooms (for up to 16 persons).

The award-winning Smokehouse Grill offers a relaxed and casual dining setting. Famous for its St Louis-style ribs, the menu also offers delicious grilled steaks, chicken, pork chops, fresh fish and numerous barbecue entrees. Other options available are Pizza Hut Express and Sid's Deli.

Sports enthusiasts can play tennis, basketball or volleyball, try a work-out in the fitness center, or take part in one of the water sports activities offered.

There is complimentary transport to the Florida Mall once a week. Cleaning is provided once a week for guests staying more than 7 days, or once during a stay for guests staying less than 7 days. Guests may request a daily cleaning service at any time for an extra charge of about 35 USD plus tax per day. This service must be requested directly at the property upon check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in, and a valid credit card or a USD 200 deposit is required upon check-in.

From the Orlando International Airport exit the airport by following signs for FL-528 Toll Road West. Continue on FL-528, take exit 1 for International Drive. Keep left, turn left onto International Drive. Take the second right onto Westwood Bldv. Turn right onto Central Florida Parkway. Continue towards Turkey Lake Rd. Turn right onto Turkey Lake Rd. Continue driving for about one mile, Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa will be on the left side.
