Built and renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned apartment hotel is a 36-storey luxury property in the Bangna district, which is considered as the 'Gateway to Bangkok', with 167 large, spacious, well-appointed apartments. The area around the serviced apartments is green and characterised by low-rise housing. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a games room, children's playground and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, and a car park.

Each room features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer and bathrobes, a double or king-size bed, a kitchen with a fridge, cooker and tea and coffee making facilities and a private terrace. Other in-room amenities include satellite TV, a desk, radio, hi-fi, Internet access, a safe, washing machine, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and a daily newspaper.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner. Guests may also select their lunch from a set menu.

Follow signs for Bangna to Chaweng Beach Road and go straight until the end where there will be another intersection. Turn left and go straight, following signs for Lamai.
