This building was restored from 2 buildings that existed in the 1917´s and was transformed becoming a stunning cozy hotel. After months of planning and designing, finally became a stylish sophisticated green hotel with a merge of European and contemporary influences. Each room in this hotel is defined as a “passive house� or sustainable building, as it was integrated in its design insulated glazing windows with UV protection and noise reduction, saving notoriously plenty of energy including the solar water heating system which reduces the ecological footprint.
