Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned city hotel offers 61 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. There is ample complimentary parking for cars and larger vehicles. The hotel is extremely quiet and cosy. Business guests may also make use of the conference facilities.

All rooms have interior corridors, some with additional exterior access. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a hairdryer. There is a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Smittys restaurant and lounge is located adjacent to the property, as is a convenience store. A continental breakfast is served each morning.
