Renovated in 2000, this city hotel comprises 9 floors with a total of 448 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lifts, a popular pub (open until 2am) and the Emperor Bar on the 1st floor, which offers a wonderful view of Russell Square gardens. In addition, there is a shopping arcade with a bank and hairdresser as well as public Internet access and conference rooms also in the hotel. The air-conditioned restaurant invites guests to stop off for a bite to eat and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer.

All the rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, TV, radio, tea/coffee maker, trouser press and central heating.

Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; lunch and dinner may be taken à la carte.

The hotel does not accept any groups (10 persons or more arriving together) without prior consent. In case of group arrivals without prior notification the hotel reserves the right to refuse check in. All Groups arriving Friday and Saturday for one or two nights are on request and not automatically taken from our allocation.The hotel does not accept any name changes.
