Value Hotel-Balestier

This 5-storey air-conditioned city hotel with 208 rooms is a 'no frills' establishment. It was designed and conceived for the needs of value conscious and budget conscious travelers and visitors. Facilities of the hotel include a lobby area with lifts, a fairly large basement car park (for a fee) as well as an Internet corner with Internet workstation (fees may apply). The hotel also offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe.

The rooms are small and are simply furnish in contemporary style and equipped with basic amenities. Each room feature individual air conditioning, hair dryer, high speed internet access, coffee/tea making facility, iron/ironing board and some rooms are also equipped with DVD/CD player. Instead of full size closets, the room only has hanging rack. The attached bathroom is small and equipped with standing shower

The hotel does not offer any restaurants or a breakfast service. Guests can easily find places to dine amongst the many restaurants and food outlets along Balestier Road.

All guest room doors are installed with electronic card key locks and the hotel is monitored by CCTV camera around the clock.

From the airport, a 25 minute cab ride, via the city expressway, would bring you to the hotel. The MRT (subway) connection from the airport can bring one to the nearest station, Novena MRT Station and a short taxi or bus ride will bring you to the hotel.
