It has 52 rooms in total and shared facilities including a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a resort safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, cafe, restaurant, an internet access, cycle hire, room and laundry services (the latter subject to fees). Further amenities available to guests include a minibar/ fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, double beds, individually-adjustable air conditioning, a safe deposit boxes and balcony/ terrace.

Breakfast is served in the morning. To satisfy guests' appetite, the resort boasts some fine dining venues, such as Ayung Valley Restaurant that caters international cuisines, Terrace Bali Restaurant offering a blend of herbs and spicy for culinary, Ayung Organic Restaurant and Dewata Lounge.

The resort offers a variety of activities on site including dance, music, painting, cookery and fruit and wood carving classes.
