This is a minimal city hotel with an impressive urban architecture. It has 21 rooms in total spread across 6 floors. Its clean modern design flows with simplicity and elegance of style. The hotel draws its name from the electric periscope, located on the rooftop. The Periscope Lounge Bar attracts hotel guests and outside visitors with its trendy modern charm and the sounds of youthful lively music. There, guests may use a remote control and have cool views of Athens. The hotel is air-conditioned, and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access, a café and a breakfast room. Further to that, the hotel offers free of charge services such as WLAN access throughout the hotel, PC rental, room and laundry services and a CD/DVD library. Other facilities include an executive meeting room and a 24-hour concierge service.

All rooms offer minimalist design, sophisticated details and furniture designed to benefit function and space, as well as panoramic views of Athens. Wooden floors, a DVD/CD player with in-built sound system, a 21-inch TV with LCD screen and satellite channels, electronic blinds, a variety of pillow types and an en suite bathroom with natural bathroom toiletries all feature. Heating, air conditioning, soundproofing, a fully-stocked minibar, an electronic safe, direct dial telephone, Internet access, a hairdryer, double or king-size beds, slippers and bathrobes also come as standard. A balcony and a terrace are provided.

The awarded one Michelin star chef, Christoforos Perskias , created the second ?Box, a concept of casual restaurant dining serving quality Greek food. Open for breakfast, business lunch and dinners, serves a range of dishes using traditional local produce alongside Mediterranean and Asian products.

From the airport follow the signs to Athens, going via Attiki Avenue E94. After 15 km exit at junction Y7 to ?Ymittos Ring' (Periferiaki Ymittou) following the signs to Katehaki Y1. At the end of Attiki Odos is Katehaki exit and the start of Katehaki Avenue. At the 1st major junction of Mesogeion Av. turn left following the signs to Athens centre. At the end of Mesogeion Av. turn onto Vasilisis Sofias Av., and follow the signs for Syntagma Square. After passing the War Museum on the left-hand side and Metro Station Evangelismos on the right, at the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right onto Herodotus Street. Patriarchou Ioakim St., the major shopping street at Kolonaki, is after 2 sets of traffic lights. Cross and turn right at the first turn off onto Charitos Street. The hotel is located on the right-hand side.
