Renovated in 2006, this air-conditioned city hotel with gardens offers a wide range of business, conference, and leisure facilities and guarantees guests a relaxing and unforgettable stay. During Ramadan, Iftar and a Ramadan tent are offered. In addition, special offers are available on New Year's Eve. The hotel comprises a total of 233 rooms and features a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and a lift. The hotel also has a selection of shops, a hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub, a TV lounge, a restaurant, a dining room, and a conference room. Visas can be arranged by the hotel. Full passport details should be provided at least seven days prior to arrival. Mid to light clothing is acceptable. There are no restrictions on ladies, although a degree of modesty should be applied in central areas. Topless or nude bathing is strictly prohibited. Check in time is 2.00pm, check out is by 12.00pm.

The international airport lies about 30 minutes from the hotel. Taxis are available at all times from the hotel or the airport. On request, transfers to the airport can be arranged.
