The whole riad has been decorated and furnished with great taste using all the knowledge of Moroccan artisans while incorporating modern décor and all the comforts of a guesthouse of high quality. Renovated in 2010, this air-conditioned city hotel features a total of 5 accommodation units. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, facilities available to guests at this family-friendly establishment include a hotel safe, currency exchange service and a café, as well as a TV lounge and restaurant. Guests can take advantage of room service for a fee, and there is a laundry service. A bike hire service is provided, while guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.

The riad is located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech, in a quiet area which is easy to access. The guesthouse is 10 minutes' walk from the famous Jemaa el Fna. The famous Saadian Tombs are in this area. Bus number 4 stops 500 m from the riad, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots are some 15 minutes' walk away and the main train station is 2 km away. Shopping venues are about 2 km from the establishment, which is approximately 6 km away from Menara Airport.
