This modern 55-room hotel's character, atmosphere and style are informed by the conceptual ideas of four Bulgarian architects on each of its differently designed and unique 4 floors. Underground parking is provided free of charge (availability permitting). In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors, further facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a café, bar and restaurant, the modern Extravaganza night club, as well as conference facilities, wired and wireless Internet access and room service. A laundry service is provided for a fee.

The hotel has individually styled rooms with air conditioning, a safety deposit box, interactive and cable TV and free WLAN Internet access. Each room is equipped with a modern business area. In addition to a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and bathrobes, the standard room is 24 m2 in size with a modern design and comfortable furniture with a king-size bed, coffee maker, mini bar and maxi bar, Egyptian linen, direct dial telephone and daily press. Further standard features of accommodation units include a radio and individually regulated heating.

For connoisseurs of sophisticated cuisine and good drinks, the hotel features the Red Canape à la carte restaurant and the Graffiti Cafe.
