Renovated in 2001, the hotel offers 440 rooms over 6 floors and amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange and a lift. An arcade with a drugstore, beauty salon, and souvenir shop are also on site. The lush and tropical setting also enables informal events to be held outdoors by the koi pond or poolside. The Standard rooms (twin bed only and 26 m²), located by the open-air corridor, are decorated in soothing colours. 3 rooms are specially modified to meet the needs of guests in wheelchairs. The extra spacious Superior Plus rooms (32 m²), are located in the Plymouth Wing and feature a balcony.
