Amethyst Lodge

The Amethyst Lodge on Connaught Drive is just a short walk to the center of town for shopping and sightseeing. High Speed Internet Access is available in the Business Center. The hotel meets the needs of all guests with valet and laundry service, inside corridor access to all rooms with Vingcard security system, two outdoor hot tubs and affordable dining. All rooms are non-smoking.

Lobby: The lobby is spacious with an inviting fireplace that creates an atmosphere to relax in after a full day of activities.

All the rooms are spacious and offer cable television, complimentary in-room coffee, direct dial telephone with voice mail, clock radio, iron & ironing board and a full bathroom with a standard selection of in-room personal care amenities. The standard rooms have two double beds and some rooms have balconies with mountain views. The superior rooms have one or two queen size beds. All rooms are non-smoking. Some wheelchair accessible rooms available on request.

The up-tempo casual Anthony's Restaurant emphasizes Mediterranean cuisine and also offers Canadian cuisine. The restaurant is popular with both visitors and locals. The menu selection features salmon and chicken entrees, Alberta AAA steaks and a variety of pasta dishes. Light snack and dinner are available in the Mountain View Lounge after a day on the trail or on the slopes.

Highway (Hwy) 93 will immediately turn into Connaught Drive of Jasper after a set of traffic lights located at the Hwy 16 intersection. Enter in to Jasper at the 900 block of Connaught Drive. Proceed 7 blocks across town (3 blocks past the train station) and the Lodge will be on the left hand side next to the IGA grocery store and on the corner of Aspen Avenue and Connaught Drive.
