The renovated hotel offers a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture, with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of the city. Comprising a total of 22 guestrooms, the hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and children's playground. Guests may dine in the café or restaurant and WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park are also available.

Modern Khmer architecture is featured in all room types, which include standard, deluxe and suites. Cable TV, safe box, telephone and electric 220 V sockets are among the standard in-room facilities available. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with shower, bath, hot water and hairdryer, and all rooms are air conditioned (individually regulated) and centrally heated. The rooms are equipped with double or king-size beds, Internet access, an ironing set and a balcony or terrace. The kitchenettes are appointed with minibar, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

The restaurant features Khmer and some European cuisine, as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Breakfast is served and set menus are available at lunch and dinner, whilst dinner is alternatively offered in buffet form.

There is no pool available but the hotel's staff can help to facilitate ticketing and vehicle hire to visit tourist sites, as well as any social activities such as a visit to the orphanage. Guests are requested to enquire for more information at the reception counter.
