The hotel comprises 331 double rooms and 28 single rooms spread over 10 floors. The hotel offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, hotel safes, a currency exchange centre, shops and a hairdressing salon. There is also a bar, a café, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal and wi-fi in public areas (both for an additional fee), a games room, a conference room and a TV room. Younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities. Laundry, room and medical services round off the services on offer.

The well-equipped rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer. Further facilities include air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a hire safe, a very large double bed, a stereo, a balcony or terrace and an Internet connection.

Guests may select their breakfast, midday and evening meals from ample buffets. Lunch and dinner may alternatively be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu.
