Established in 2005, this air-conditioned hotel with a garden and terrace is an exclusive establishment in which the scent of nature and tranquillity play a significant role. On offer are a total of 14 rooms, of which three are suites, spread across three floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, lift access, a café, a bar, and a restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the conference room with a total capacity of 45 persons, a public Internet connection, a W-LAN access point, both room and laundry services, and a bicycle storage room. There is a parking garage for those arriving by car.

Every room is exclusively named after a plant chosen from the Mediterranean's extensive vegetation and offers unique views. Standard fittings include an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, and wi-fi access. A double bed, floor heating, and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

The hotel buffet serves breakfast and evening meals from individual buffets. At midday and in the evenings guests may also dine from the à la carte menu. It is also possible to book a half-board, bed and breakfast or full board stay.

The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols. Further leisure facilities include an indoor pool with a Scottish shower, a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a range of spa and massage offerings. A wide range of activities can also be undertaken. Particularly worthy of note due to the outstanding location is bird watching. The nearest golf course lies an around 15-minute drive from the hotel.
