Built beside a main road, this hotel was first built in 1908 and completely renovated in the year 2000. It has a total of 266 double rooms on 9 floors. The facilities include a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a lift, a café, a TV room and a bar. Both the inviting air-conditioned à la carte restaurants contain a non-smoking area and have highchairs available for children. Business guests may make use of the Internet terminal and the conference room. Laundry and room services are available as well as medical assistance.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a stereo system, highspeed Internet access, a minibar, a double bed, a lounge area, air conditioning, a safe and central heating as standard. The hotel's main restaurant on the 2nd floor is a wonderful airy, elegant room and one half of the room is a conservatory, visible from the road outside. One restaurant has been taken over by Marco Pierre White and with his 3 Michelin Stars offers superb cuisine.

A swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a steam room and professional massages (for an additional fee) are all available upon request. Squash courts and a gym are available for sports enthusiasts.
