The superbly located hotel consists of two wings, the 'Coconut' with two storeys and 24 rooms divided into standard and honeymoon deluxe, and the 'Betelnut' with a total of 37 rooms including deluxe rooms and junior suites. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception, safes, a lift, a cloakroom, a currency exchange facility and air conditioning. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a TV room, a conference room, a dining room and Internet access. Special features of this hotel include a cosy café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs available for children. Room and laundry services are available, as is medical assistance, and for guests arriving by car, there are parking spaces on offer.

The rooms are decorated with local materials such as seashells and coconut wood together with fresh colours, and they also come with an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and hairdryer.
