Exterior: The hotel is a massive 30-storey gray building. There is a large garden at the entrance of the hotel. From the outside, people will immediately notice that the hotel is separated into three parts.
Lobby: The lobby of the hotel is very large with plenty of room for checking in. There are plenty of staff in the lobby willing to help each customer. There is a lobby lounge in which people can enjoy some refreshments while enjoying a scenic view of a Japanese garden.
The hotel is located about 2 kilometres away from JR Osaka station. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between JR Osaka station and the hotel. For those people going to other destinations, Fukushima subway station is a 5 minutes walk away. Nakanoshima station (Keihan line) is newly built on Oct 2008, the station directly linked to the hotel area.
