Athina Palace

The city hotel is built on 13,000 square metres of land, and has free parking spaces for over 100 vehicles, a large and comfortable lobby, a TV corner featuring a 52-inch wide-screen TV, and also a convention centre for 200 people providing all the necessary audiovisual equipment (projector, Dolby Surround Sound, temperature control and ventilation control). Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned business hotel offers 67 guest rooms in total. Further facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon and a games room. Guests can wine and dine in the café, bar and restaurant. Bicycles can be hired on the premises.

The rooms are spacious and very pleasantly decorated, providing satellite TV, a minibar, individually regulated air conditioning and central heating, a direct dial telephone plus another telephone in the bathroom, Internet access, a hairdryer, electronic safe, soundproofed walls and a balcony. An en suite bathroom with bathtub, a double or king-size bed, a radio, hifi and an ironing set also feature in all rooms as standard.

A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning and set menu and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.

The hotel offers a variety of sport facilities and treatments such as an outdoor swimming pool with separate children's swimming area and poolside snack bar, a tennis court, a heated indoor pool with hydromassage, a sauna, a fully-equipped gym, a table tennis and pool/snooker room, and a massage room (fees apply) in a very pleasant and spacious environment. Sun loungers and parasols are provided by the pool and guests may also relax in the hot tub or with a spa treatment, or enjoy a game of basketball.
