Terms and Conditions for Air Ticket Prize :

• Promo period : April 22nd – May 22nd, 2015
• This promotion is only valid for Jet Airways ticket booking via nusatrip.com/9w-anz
• Two (2) tickets Jakarta - India (Mumbai/New Delhi/Chennai) awarded to the first 2 ANZ card holders who make purchase with a minimum of 3 tickets Jet Airways at any destination during the promo period (apply for accumulation)
• Travel period to India (Mumbai/New Delhi/Chennai): 3 months after being issued
• Air ticket prize must be booked maximum 2 months prior departure date and subject to seat availability
• No changes are permitted to travel arrangements once ticket is booked
• Air tickets prize are not redeemable for cash or other services and transferred to any other person
• If there is no ANZ card holder who meet the qualifications, the reward is considered forfeited
• Winners will be notified via e-mail or phone by NusaTrip
• Prize tickets will be forfeited if not claimed within 2 months after being notified as a winner
