The resort is renowned for its world class golf courses, an award
winning tennis facility, white sandy beaches including Americas
Best Beach, and a myriad of restaurants and shops. Three level
tiered swimming pool, two outdoor whirlpool spas, professional
croquet lawn, a secluded beach and state of the art fitness center
with a variety of massage and spa treatments. Ocean activities of

Exterior: The plantation style hotel is part of the 23,000 acre
master planned Kapalua resort on Maui, home to the season opening,
champions only, PGA TOUR event, the Mercedes Benz Championship. The
pale yellow resort is 9 stories in height, has 2 wings and modern
in style. Lush tropical landscaping and sport facilities place you
in the luxury of the resort.
Lobby: The lobby is large in size with a waiting area with ample
seating available. Piano bar located in lobby and library adjacent.
Plants surround the lobby area helping to extend a friendly welcome
to the resort.
Rooms
The airy and spacious rooms come with private lanais and, depending
on orientation, views over the Pacific Ocean, the neighbouring
island of Molokai, or the impressive West Maui mountains. Fittings
within the rooms and suites include an en suite marble bathroom
with separate shower and plush terry bathrobes and hairdryer, a
fully-stocked minibar, a safe, a radio alarm clock, a direct dial
telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a coffee
machine, an iron and ironing board, individually adjustable air
conditioning and heating, and a private furnished balcony from
where the sea, mountain, or garden views can fully be appreciated.
The sliding shutter doors permit guests to allow mild breezes into
the room, and the marble baths are pure indulgence. There is a
twice daily maid service and a turndown service in the early
evening hours.
Restaurant & Food
Restaurants offer cuisine ranging from Pacific Rim, Pacific with
American influence, Japanese and traditional American. Casual
resort attire can be worn at all dining facilities. Bar and grill
and lounges on site. Reservations recommended for some
restaurants.
Activities & Sport
Leisure options here include a total of ten tennis courts, a 900
m² tiered swimming pool, a poolside snack bar, and a sun
terrace with loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Sports
enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym. It is
additionally possible to try aerobics or relax in the steam bath,
the hot tub, the sauna, or with a massage or other spa
treatment.
Comments
There is a mandatory daily resort fee of USD 25 plus tax per room,
per day to be paid directly to hotel (subject to change at any time
without notice).
Directions, How to get
there
From Kahului Airport, follow H-380 to the first traffic light and
bear left through the light. Continue straight through the next few
sets of lights, crossing Pu'unene Avenue, and continue to the
junction of H-380 and H-30. Continue driving along the winding
coastline towards Lahaina and through Ka'anapali, Napili and then
Kapalua (highway signs will indicate towns). A green road sign on
the right-hand side of the road will indicate 'Office Road, The
Village Course'. Take this left-hand turn (there is no traffic
light). After turning left, on Office Road, take the first right
after the Honolua Store (entrance to the hotel) onto Ritz-Carlton
Drive.
