This family-friendly beach hotel is a mid-range resort with all the amenities of a full-service resort. It comprises a total of 163 rooms, and facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, bar, restaurant, launderette and free parking for those arriving by car.

All rooms come with 1 large room with a private bathroom with shower/bathtub. A private lanai, small fridge and a coffee maker also feature. In addition, the studios and family studios have a fully equipped kitchenette. The family studios also offer with an over-sized bathroom. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone and a satellite/cable TV, as well as a radio and Internet access. Furthermore, there is an ironing set, a king-size or double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe and either a balcony or a terrace.

The resort offers guests 2 outstanding choices for dining and entertainment. For casual lunch dining there is the Makai Hale snack bar. The Sea House Restaurant is a beachfront open-air restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with Hawaiian entertainment nightly. Every morning a conch shell is blown to announce complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and fresh pineapple, served at the beach cabana.

Guests coming from Kahului Airport should follow the signs to Kuihelani Highway (#380) and Lahaina. Continue on Highway 380 until the junction to Honoapiilani Highway 30. Turn left to Lahaina and take the Honoapiilani Highway to Kapalua (bypassing Lahaina and Kaanapali). At the Napili Hau stoplight, by Napili Plaza, turn left and then continue 3 blocks on Napili Hau Road. Turn right on Lower Honoapiilani Road. The resort is on the left-hand (ocean) side of the road.
