Constructed in 1938, this air-conditioned hotel is one of the most famous constructions in the Art Deco district and was renovated in 2003. It comprises a total of 42 rooms spread over 3 floors. The inviting lobby features a 24-hour reception with a lift and a safe. Further facilities here include a newspaper stand, a restaurant with highchairs for children, and public Internet access. Room and laundry services round up the offerings, and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

The brightly coloured funky rooms have Italian marble flooring and all come with an en suite bathroom and hairdryer. The continental breakfast fee is $5 per person(approximate amount). There are no room charges for children 12 years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.

Merge onto SR-836 E toward Downtown (Portions toll).Keep right to take SR-836 E/Dolphin Expy toward All Cash Vehicles/NW 17 Ave/Civic Center (Portions toll). Merge onto I-395 E.I-395 E becomes SR-A1A N. Turn left onto Euclid Ave. Take the 2nd right onto 7th St. Take the 1st left onto Pennsylvania Ave. Hotel is on the right.
