Recently renovated, 100% smoke-free Americas Best Value Inn and Suites SoMa is a boutique style hotel with 33 guest rooms, located off famous Folsom Street just south of Market.

All of the rooms have a marble bath with shower/tub, complimentary Wifi, satellite TV with HBO, mini-fridge, independent room heating control temperature, ceiling fan, writing table with chair, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock with radio, phone with voicemail, wake-up service, and free lite breakfast. The spacious suites include all of the amenities of the standard rooms plus a Spa tub, stand alone shower and sitting area with lounge chairs.

Complimentary Lite breakfast served daily from 7am to 10am on the breakfast room (muffin, freshly brewed coffee and juice).
