The family-friendly city hotel is a three-story structure that houses 12 newly renovated rooms. The hotel sits amidst 3 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. The premises are air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby and a 24-hour check-out service is available. Facilities at the hotel include lift access to the upper floors, a newspaper stand and a hotel safe. There is also a breakfast room on the premises and business travellers can take advantage of the conference facilities available. Internet access, room service and a car park are further features on offer to guests.

The nicely decorated rooms are furnished with a double or king-size bed and come with high-speed Internet access, a radio, satellite/cable TV, an ironing set and much more, such as a coffeemaker, fridge and a microwave. Each room also has an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard features in all accommodation.

The hotel offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast.

The hotel has one of the largest outdoor swimming pools in the area, nestled amidst an abundance of trees and natural beauty. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or in the hot tub as well. Fremont Park Golf and Practice Centre is about a 10-minute drive away.

Guests are invited to check in after 3 pm and are requested to check out before 12 pm. The minimum check-in age is 21 years. Pets are allowed in the hotel with advance notification, and require a nightly fee per pet and a refundable damage deposit.

From San Jose International Airport (SJC), head northwest on Airport Blvd towards Airport Pkwy, and bear left to stay on Airport Blvd. Then bear right towards Skyport Drive and turn right at N 1st St. Turn right to merge onto I-880 N towards Oakland. After that take exit 17 for Mowry Ave towards Central Fremont. Turn right at Mowry Ave. Take the 1st right onto Farwell Dr and the hotel will be on the right.
