This 5-storey hotel is housed in a building that dates back to 1881 and underwent renovation work in 2003. Exit Birmingham New St railway station up the escalators, turn left and follow 50 metres, then turn right and then left by the Perfume shop, walk until the ramp. Driving from National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport, follow signs for the A45, go over several islands, and take the A45 Coventry road towards the city centre.
