there
From the southwest: Exit the M6 Northbound at junction 17. Take the
A534 to Congelton. At Congelton take the A536 to Macclesfield. At
Macclesfield follow signs for Stockport and the A6. This road
becomes the A523 (Silk Road) heading towards Stockport. Follow the
A523 for around 6.5 km. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right
into Brookledge Lane, signposted Pott Shrigley. The hotel is about
3 km further on, on the left. From the north: Exit the M6
Southbound at junction 20. Take the A50 towards Knutsford. At
Knutsford take the A537 to Macclesfield. At Macclesfield follow
signs for Stockport and the A6. This road becomes the A523 (Silk
Road) heading towards Stockport. Follow the A523 for around 6.5 km.
At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Brookledge Lane,
signposted Pott Shrigley. Shrigley Hall is about 3 km further on,
on the left. From the southeast: Go northbound on the M1, exiting
at junction 29. Take the A617 to Chesterfield. At Chesterfield take
the A619 to Baslow. At Baslow take the A623 to Chapel-en-le-Frith.
At the roundabout turn right onto the A6 towards
Chapel-en-le-Frith. Leave the A6 and enter Chapel Village. Pick up
the B5470 heading left towards Whaley Bridge. At the traffic lights
at Whaley Bridge, go straight across heading towards Macclesfield
continuing on the B5470. After about 6.5 km turn right, signposted
for Pott Shrigley, and follow this road for about 3 km. At the
T-junction (Pott Shrigley Church directly in front) turn right.
Follow the road for 350 m, the entrance to Shrigley Hall is on your
left.
