Rooms are modern in style, of a medium size and are of a good standard. Rooms are decorated in bright and welcoming colours and are equipped with ensuite power shower, satellite TV, high speed wireless internet connection, direct dial telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms are comfortable and have a working desk for those on business.

Buffet breakfast is served in the lounge area of the hotel which is spacious and modern in style. Lunch and dinner are not served at the hotel, but various restaurant and bars are close by including entertainment at the Metro centre.

By car: Exit the A1 at the A694/A695 (signposted Consett, Blaydon and Newcastle), close to the Metro Centre exit. Follow signs for Blaydon and Newcastle. Turn right on to the A1114 and then left on to Clasper Way. The hotel is behind TGI Fridays Restaurant, 1/2 mile from the A1.
