The hotel is one of the island's finest country house hotels and is well known for its warm welcome and excellent reputation. It has 56 comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms, most enjoying spectacular sea views. The hotel was fully renovated in 2012 and offers guests the following facilities: a lobby with 24-hour reception and check out service, a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and a restaurant. The hotel also has conference facilities, wireless Internet access, a car park and bike hire service as well as room and laundry services.

The hotel has a mixture of classic and superior bedrooms for guests to choose from. Either inland rooms or rooms with panoramic views across St Aubin or Belcroute Bay are offered. The comfortable and individually furnished twin or double bedrooms come with digital TV, WIFI broadband access and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the rooms are en suite with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio and an iron and ironing board. The rooms have double beds, a safe and individually regulated heating units.

The hotel offers a bed and breakfast service and a breakfast buffet. Lunch is served from a set menu while evening meals are either taken from the set menu or enjoyed à la carte.

Set within award-winning gardens, the hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool and pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is a golf course at La Moye which is 15 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Directions from the Harbour: follow signs to the West along the coast road, all the way to St Aubin. On entering the village guests will see the police station on their left and NatWest bank in front of them. Turn left along the harbour and follow this road, past The Old Courthouse Inn on the right and the Yacht Club on the left. When rounding the bend at the top of the hill the hotel is straight ahead. Directions from the airport: on leaving the airport turn right at the roundabout towards Red Houses and keep going until reaching a set of four-way traffic lights, turn left here and follow this road all the way to St Aubin. On entering the village, guests will see the harbour in front of them and Natwest Bank on the right. Turn right along the harbour and follow the road, past the Old Courthouse Inn and up the hill. When rounding the bend at the top, the hotel is straight ahead.
