Whether you love getting out and about by the coast with family, or want to enjoy a lazy weekend of Spa treatments and good food with friends, the Solent allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. With a location that allows you to feel like you're miles from anywhere, there is ample opportunity to indulge in sailing, country walks, maritime and sightseeing in Portsmouth, Glorious Goodwood is not far or the wild ponies in the New Forest. All guests have complimentary membership of the Spa during their stay (this includes 13m pool, whirlpool, gym, hot tub, floodlit tennis court and 8 Spa treatment rooms with ESPA products).
Exterior: Built within the last 15 years, it is Scandinavian in appearance with long large roofs and wood panels. It fits in nicely with woodland surroundings.
Lobby: Good sized lobby with plenty of seating - staff friendly and welcoming.

The 111 air conditioned en-suite rooms are luxuriously appointed. Guests are allocated as standard an Executive room with facilities including Satellite Colour TV, Direct Dial Telephone, Trouser Press, Hairdryer, Work Desk, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary Pecksniffs toiletries in the bathroom. There are also many thoughtful touches - complimentary mineral water, fresh ground coffee, free WiFi access and a complimentary newspaper. Fresh milk is also delivered daily to every room.

The Terrace Restaurant showcases the region's excellent produce (South Downs Rump of Lamb is a favourite) with locally reared meats and freshly caught seafood featuring regularly in the menus. Guests can go Mediterranean in the summer months and dine al fresco for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively, the Parson's Collar country pub is great for home cooked meals and traditionally brewed Thwaites beers.
