The Georgian-style hotel was constructed upon the foundations of a listed building. Comprising 154 rooms spread over 3 floors, the hotel features an elegant lobby with a lift, a cosy hotel bar and an à la carte restaurant with a successful mixture of traditional and modern cuisine. Guests are invited to make use of the room and laundry services. The hotel also has onsite parking (charges apply). Please note that pets are not allowed, the hotel only permits guide dogs.

By road: Leave the M5 at junction 30, take the 3rd exit off the roundabout (Exeter & Dawlish). Take the 2nd left off the dual carriageway (city centre) and the 3rd exit at the next roundabout. The hotel is approximately 3.5 km further along on the right-hand side at the traffic island. The car park is off Southernhay, just past the hotel to the left.
