Set in 19 acres of sheltered wooded grounds with spectacular views of the sea and estuary with a direct footpath to one of the best beaches in the West Country.

Still owned and managed by the Rogers family (generations two and three) who welcomed their first guests in 1947. Emphasis here is on traditional values and comfort coupled with an abundance of facilities and entertainment

Directions, How to get there
By Car: From M5 Motorway leave at junction 30. Join the A379 towards Dawlish. Travel through Kenton and turn left by the small harbour, half a mile after the village of starcross. Continue along this road for about half a mile to Dawlish Warren, follow the road right, up the hill-the Langstone Cliff is about 100 yards on your left.
