This is an attractive development with 52 bright, stylish and contemporary apartments. One and two bedroom apartments, penthouses and duplex apartments are all offered. There is also a lobby.

Each apartment features a fully-furnished lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom which have been designed with the modern lifestyle in mind. The lounge area comes with a television with built-in DVD player, WLAN Internet access, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The bedrooms include double beds with white duvets and bed linen, a radio alarm clock, hairdryer and in-room safe. The kitchen comes with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A direct dial telephone, radio, hi-fi system, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated heating are also provided.

Opening times for reception are Monday till Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm Saturday 10.00am till 8.00pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10.00am till 6.00pm guests arriving our of these hours need to contact the apartments direct (01159082000) to arrange late arrival of which they will then be sent late arrival instructions. Security bonds may be taken for bookings which is a pre-authorisation of a credit card. ID in the form of a valid Passport or Drivers License will be required at Check In.

By car: Exit the M1 at junction 25 onto the A52, and head towards Nottingham. Follow the signs for the city centre onto the A6011 with the Queens Medical Centre on the right-hand side. Follow the road into the city on the Derby Road as far as the junction with Maid Marian Way. Follow Maid Marian Way onto Collin Street and then onto Canal Street as far as the roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit, going past the Shell garage and onto Bellar Gate and Belward Street. The apartments are located on the right next to the National Ice Arena.
