This fabulous 2-storey hotel underwent renovation work in 2008 and comprises a total of 121 rooms, with very easy access from the M25 and M20.Facilities include a foyer with a 24 h reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom in addition to a conference room with Internet access, a cosy bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants. Further facilities include room and laundry services. Moreover, there is a car park for those arriving by car.

The tasteful, modern rooms are all carpeted and each come with a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hire safe, a double bed, coffee and tea making facilities, and central heating. The studios additionally come with a combined lounge/ bedroom and the apartments have a separate bedroom.

Guests may select their breakfast and lunch from ample buffets; lunch and the evening meal may alternatively be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. Special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be provided and it is possible to book a half-board or a full-board stay.
