This modern property hosts 120 refurbished en suite bedrooms and was fully refurbished in 2008. The conference and business hotel is fully air-conditioned and welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. The establishment has meeting rooms for up to 40 delegates and free car parking. Ironing sets are provided and cots are available on request. Triple rooms are only suitable for two adults and one child up to the age of 15. Family four rooms are only suitable for two adults and two children up to the age of 15.

The hotel bar opens all day serving a wide selection of hot and cold snacks and meals together with an extensive wine list and drinks range. The evening restaurant menu also offers modern, contemporary and classic dishes to suite all tastes with a great value kids' menu also available. Breakfast is served in buffet and continental styles.

At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Hendon Way. Bear left onto Watford Way and then continue onto the A41. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Watford Way and then at the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Watford Way. At the following roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Barnet Way and then, at the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Barnet Bypass. Bear left onto Rowley Lane and then, at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Kensington Way. Continue onto Newark Green and then turn right onto Balmoral Drive. Bear left onto Chester Road and arrive at the hotel.
