Madinat Jumeirah is unique as being the only multi purpose resort
in Dubai and being the newest hotel in Jumeriah means that it is
among the most fashionable. Madinat is split into three areas,
however even though the resort is large, each one of the hotels
leaves the guest with a feeling of relaxation and tranquility in
the most luxurious of surroundings.
Exterior: Madinat Jumeirah is unique in Dubai as it is an Arabian
resort with striking Arabian architecture. Dar Al Masyaf offers
traditional Arabic styled villas dotted along the canals whilst Al
Qasr and Mina A'Salem are like royal palaces with their grand
facades.
Lobby: The large ornate marble is dotted with pillars various
coloured tiles. At the far end of the lobby is a lounge in colonial
style serving refreshments all day.
Rooms
The rooms in the hotel come with a balcony, a private bathroom with
hairdryer, a safe, high-speed Internet access, a minibar and cable
TV. Other facilities include direct dial telephone, kitchenette,
tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air
conditioning units.
Restaurant & Food
There are a number of first-class restaurants within the hotel, one
of which serves contemporary Californian cuisine. There are also
several bars in which to relax, including the popular rooftop bar,
where people congregate to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets.
Activities & Sport
Besides the 75 shops, the large, open-air swimming pool, the Six
Senses Spa with sauna, and the beaches; the resort's ideal location
makes it convenient for visiting many nearby attractions. Sports
available include tennis and volleyball, and water sports include
waterskiing, windsurfing and sailing.

The Wild Wadi Waterpark is planning its annual maintenance
programme and the entire park will be closed from 11th to 31st
January 2012 inclusively
