The complex was opened in May, 2005. It is housed in a pleasant building that dates from the late 19th century, and which has been fully restored. Each of the complex's 27 apartments is fully equipped and furnished, and ranges in size from one to four rooms. The apartments offer the privacy and comfort of a personal flat. Facilities at this air-conditioned aparthotel include a lobby, 24-hour check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is a café in the complex, and Internet access and a laundry service are available.

1-bedroom apartments offer a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a living room with a wide-screen or plasma TV with satellite/cable, a studio kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer. All of the private bathrooms also have washing machines, an ironing set, water heaters and heated floors. Additional in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, hi-fi, Internet access, safe and minibar. The kitchenettes are fitted with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning and central heating ensure comfort throughout the year. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace.
