Approximately 2 km from the centre of Bratislava just off the two main highways into town. The hotel is close to bus stops and trolley bus routes to the centre. 5 kms to city centre 8 kms to the airport (milan ratislav stefanika) 40 kms to the airport (vienna international) 4 km to the nearest station (bratislava station) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 3 km to the nearest fair site (incheba trade & exhibit centre)

The hotel was built in 2004 on 11 floors and has a total of 131 rooms with a total of 9 are singles, 117 doubles and 5 are suites. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a café. Additional facilities include a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In addition it has a conference room and Internet access is also available with wireless connection through WLAN. The hotel has its own car park as well as a garage. Room and laundry services are also available.

Rooms
Typical Holiday Inn product. Modern fittings in pastel pinks and greys with beige/ pale off white wallpaper. Wooden fixtures in light brown with chairs matching the rest of the fittings in upholstery. All rooms are in tiptop condition and are brand new.

Restaurant & Food
A buffet is prepared at breakfast and at lunchtime. At midday and in the evenings, guests may also select dishes from the menu, or take the à la carte option. Special dietary requirements are catered for.

The hotel prides itself on its indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, massage services, tennis and gym. There is a golf course 25 km away.
