The resort is a peaceful retreat on the edge of town and is located less than 10 minutes' drive from the crystal waters of Emily Bay. The Burnt Pine shopping area is just within walking distance of the resort.

The resort offers rolling valley and mountain views, as well as leafy tropical gardens with barbecue facilities. It consists of five separate cottages and also offers a cloakroom. The resort is owned and operated by a local family and the owners live on site. The property was one of the original guest houses on Norfolk Island and is well known for its hospitality to visitors.

Rooms
Each of the cottages is fully self-contained with a king-size bed or king single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is also a separate bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machines. Kitchens in the cottages offer full cooking facilities, including a convection microwave and a dishwasher, as well as crockery, cutlery, etc. Other facilities include cable TV, a video player and a direct dial telephone. Guests are also provided with use of a picnic blanket, wine cooler, vacuum flask and picnic baskets.

Activities & Sport
Guests staying at this resort can easily enjoy a round of golf, a walk around the historic Kingston area, or a game of tennis. Guests are also provided with use of beach towels.
