Plateau Lodge & Shuttles is located in New Zealand’s National Park Village on the cusp of the Tongariro National Park. Our township has the following services, 4 Square supermarket, Restaurants, cafes, rental for ski hire and outdoor equipment. The adventure playground of the North Island whether it is Mt Ruapehu with Whakapapa or Turoa Ski Areas in the winter or the Tongariro Alpine Crossing mountain biking tracks or Whanganui River in the summer Plateau Lodge is the perfect place to base yourself from with all of the modern comforts. At the accommodation you can find a shared kitchen, a lounge and a dining area.

With a backdrop of the Tongariro volcanoes, our lodge covers a wide range of family friendly apartments, ensuite rooms and lodge rooms. The basic mixed-gender dorms and private rooms have Wi-Fi (fee), and shared bathrooms. Cosy, upgraded rooms add en suite facilities, flat-screen TVs and mini fridges, and apartments include kitchens and lounges.
