The residence consists of 74 open-plan studios with one bed, all furnished in typical Moroccan style. Facilities available include a café, a breakfast room, room and laundry services (both for a fee), currency exchange facilities and a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Furthermore, a hotel safe, lift access and a TV lounge are available. Guests may take advantage of the easy access to resorts amenities.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-ring cooker, fridge and microwave etc. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and separate WC. Standard in-room amenities also include a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a safe and balcony or terrace. Each unit comprises a twin bedroom with a double or king-size bed which is divided from the living area by a traditional latticed screen. The living room has a convertible sofa bed.
