It is built in the style of a theatre and has a capacity for up to 100 people. Guests have the choice of 5 categories of rooms. Each room is spacious with a wooden floor and large windows, where guests can enjoy the tropical breeze. The view is either over the beautiful garden, onto the pool or onto the sea. Asian-Eastern influences were used for the décor, with upholstery and fabrics from Thai silks to Indian cotton. This fine-dining restaurant has air-conditioned and alfresco sections - serving East-meets-West seafood cuisine, amidst the soft strains of a serenading string quartet. Sands is an alfresco casual all-day dining restaurant offering local and western fare. This beachfront restaurant with ponds and ceiling fans, serves a variety of Malaysian and Western cuisine.Saffron is a Mediterranean Restaurant. It also has an alfresco section with an unencumbered view of Tanjung Rhu's stunning sunset. Sands pool bar is located in the centre of the pool area and it serves assorted beverages to swimmers and sun lovers during the day. A separate wood fire pizza oven is located in an adjacent outdoor kitchen for guests to savour snacks and other delights overlooking the Andaman Sea. The Reading Room is a cool, quiet haven with a magnificent view. Besides being the venue for English Tea, or coffee, with hot scones, pastries and savouries - you can also browse through an extensive collection of books and magazines for your reading pleasure.

The hotel has a fantastic 60 metre long swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and a fully equipped sports hall. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use on the beach. Guests can spoil themselves with a full-body aromatherapy massage with scented oils, or try an Eastern variant such as reflexology or the wonderfully energising pressure point massage. The resort only promotes environmental-friendly activities in its recreational programmes.
